While the title says Technical Writer, Morgan provides many other services to the company including creating both internal and external Marketing for PMAT. Despite just starting at the company, Morgan has already begun to streamline processes and has increased efficiency through multiple departments.

• Currently redesigning PMAT’s website in a WordPress and Divi environment.

• Currently creating a SharePoint repository for past proposals, boiler plate, graphics, and other assets for BD and Proposals. SharePoint is in a GCC High environment so has additional restrictions not common to standard SharePoint.

• Created a Kudos form that automatically added to a list in SharePoint through PowerAutomate. The form is a place for PMs to share Kudos received from clients, giving us quick access to potential call-out boxes for future proposals.

• Acts as a Technical Writer and/or Proposal Coordinator for incoming opportunities. 

• Utilizes Adobe Creative Suite to create unique media assets for brochures, documents, marketing slicks, social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital and printed media.

• Creates ADA compliant documents without sacrificing visual design elements.

• Manages the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, GlassDoor, YouTube and Indeed.)

• Helped create and maintain a tool list of critical information for all current and new tools implemented at PMAT.

Morgan was responsible for managing the external and internal marketing of CEEK with a strong focus of creating a diverse and inclusive workplace environment for both CEEK and our clients. Other titles for the services Morgan provided are as follows: Digital Media Manager, Website Designer and Developer, Marketing Manager, Technical Writer, and Proposal Coordinator.

• Acted as a Technical Writer and/or Proposal Coordinator for incoming opportunities. Recently wrote the technical section for a winning proposal.

• Utilized Adobe Creative Suite to create unique media assets for brochures, documents, marketing slicks, social media, marketing campaigns, and other digital and printed media.

• Created ADA compliant documents without sacrificing visual design elements.

• Manages the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, GlassDoor, YouTube and Indeed.)

• Helped create and maintain a tool list of critical information for all current and new tools implemented at CEEK.

• Assisted with CEEK’s technical security posture in regards to account and data security.

As Digital and Social Media Specialist, Morgan was responsible for managing the external and internal marketing of Agile Defense. She was also instrumental in assisting with transition in periods upon contract awards by standing up micro-sites that held contract information, available positions, and contact information for appropriate POCs. Her efforts at Agile Defense did not go unnoticed as she won numerous internal awards including recognition for assisting in a $10.5 million contract win, nominated for multiple Culture Awards, and receiving Cheers for Peers from multiple co-workers for her efforts.

• Managed the company website and transition sites through WordPress using Divi and supported plugins. (Their current site I designed, but it has not been maintained and is not accurate of the quality of my work.)

• Utilized Adobe Creative Suite (Particularly Illustrator and InDesign) to create company swag, stationary, holiday cards, anniversary cards, internal documents such as marketing slicks, etc.

• Assisted the proposal department by creating and providing graphics for different efforts. These graphics include process graphics, icons, etc.

• Assisted recruiting in designing and ordering tablecloths, backdrops, banners, transition sites holding contract information and open positions, etc.

• Managed the company’s social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, GlassDoor, YouTube, and Indeed.)

• Managed relations with multiple vendors, including print shops, clothing manufacturers, “swag” vendors, etc.

• Assisted with writing sections of proposals, primarily technical with a focus in DataCenter technologies, VMware, Cloud, and VTC.

• Created visual graphics for proposals. These included process graphics, document templates, cover pages, and icons.

• Oversaw Deliverables on all Agile Defense’s contracts and opportunities (29 at the time).

• Was Project coordinator Lead for Windows 10 Deployment Support opportunity for the United States Air Force across all CONUS and OCONUS locations. During this time processed Travel Authorization Request (TARs) for teams deploying to over 200 bases. Over 500 Full-Time (FTEs) on the ground. Over 600 TARs had been submitted through our team, processed, and sent to SAF CIO for approval.

Morgan still carries two roles at AIS Network on a part-time basis. Her Marketing role has shifted to contractor work recently (6/2022), but the services provided have remained the same.

• Working with CRM tools such as HubSpot to manage Marketing Campaigns and Lead Generation.

• Writing SEO Optimized technical blog posts to feature on AIS Network’s website.

• Edited and created videos with Adobe Premier Pro to showcase on the company’s website as well as Youtube.

• Designed numerous WireFrames for numerous pages of the AIS Network Website with a focus on lead generation and partner sourcing.

• After Hours Ticket Support – sends tickets to appropriate SMEs and addresses urgent Tier 1 concerns.

• Responsible for hardware installation and physical maintenance at datacenter(s).

• Monitors storage space on FreeNAS units and maintains software updates.

• Is a backup O365 Admin in addition to having originally been the SharePoint Admin.
